ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

 

The Company is committed to complying with all the existing environmental legislation and regularly reviews its activities and their impact on the environment globally. It has been an IPPC registered company since 2004 and is implementing ISO14001 for audit approval during 2008.

 

The Company's environmental objectives are as follows:

 

• Increase efficiency and minimise as far as possible the use of incoming utilities in the form of electricity, water and gas.
• Minimise outgoing emissions and wastes.
• Increase the use of recyclable and reusable materials whenever possible.
• Minimise any nuisance that our activities may have on neighbours and the general public in the areas of noise, odours and traffic pollution.
• Monitor our emissions and environmental performance on a regular basis.
• Ensure that all employees are aware of these policies and encourage diligence at all times in the reduction of energy and wastes.
• Ensure all suppliers are aware of our objectives and encourage them also to pursue good environmental practices.
